Our company was founded on 7 April 2012 by Godwin Pinto, Mawin Pinto and Parvati Matkate, who are its co-founders and directors. What happens inside the AI agent, in plain words
On every call, three things happen in quick succession. First, the agent listens: speech recognition turns what the customer says into text, even with an accent, background noise or a mix of Hindi and English.
