The people behind the voice
Troika Tech Services began on 7 April 2012, started by Godwin Pinto, Mawin Pinto and Parvati Matkate, who remain its co-founders and directors. Our registered office is in Mira Road and our corporate office in Virar West, Maharashtra.
For years we built digital work for Indian businesses and kept seeing the same leak: enquiries arrived, but too many never got a timely call back. About two years ago we began working on AI-based automation, and AI calling soon became our main focus.
Today our voice agents phone enquiries, qualify them, book visits, send reminders and pass ready buyers to sales teams, in Hindi, English and other Indian languages. Agra businesses get exactly the same setup and support, delivered online.
